Registering an Account

1. How do I register?
Creating an account is quick and easy! Use your email address as your username for easy recall. Ensure your password is at least 6 characters long. Click here to register.

2. Why can’t I log in to my account?
Double-check your login details to ensure accuracy. Confirm that the email matches the one used for registration and the password is correct. Also, make sure your browser accepts cookies. If the issue persists after 15 minutes, it might be due to system maintenance. Contact our Customer Service if the problem continues.

3. What if I forgot my password?
Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

4. How can I change my password?
Log in to your account, navigate to the “Change Password” section, and follow the prompts to reset your password.

5. What’s the difference between the billing address and the shipping address?

  • Billing Address: This must match the address associated with your credit/debit card.
  • Shipping Address: The location where you’d like us to deliver your order.

Placing an Order

1. How do I place an order?

  • Select your desired item, choose size, color, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart."
  • Proceed to checkout, apply any discount codes, and complete the delivery address, shipping method, and payment method.
  • A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to your registered email.

2. How long can my shopping bag items be stored?
Items in your shopping bag will remain for up to 30 days.

3. What happens if items in my shopping bag are sold out?
Items are only reserved after completing checkout. If a product is in high demand, it may sell out before you finalize your purchase.

4. How do I know what size to choose?
Refer to the size guide available on each product page for easy selection.

5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

  • You may contact our customer service team to make changes before the order is shipped.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase will incur a $1.5 processing fee.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours but before shipping will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Shipping

1. Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! If your address is not serviceable, it will be indicated during checkout.

2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination, package weight, and volume. Add items to your cart to view the calculated shipping fees. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders.

3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (excludes weekends, holidays, customs delays, or unforeseen issues).

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send an email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

1. How can I return or exchange items?
Contact our Customer Service for return/exchange approval and instructions, including the nearest warehouse address.
Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Gift cards, jewelry, underwear, and bodysuits are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
