CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellations:

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement by emailing info@myetyn.com
• Cancellations beyond 24 hours will not be accepted unless under extenuating circumstances such as national holidays. These late cancellations are subject to review and approval by myETYN.

Refunds:

• Approved order cancellations will result in a refund credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable as per shipping regulations. You may contact your local tax/customs offices to inquire about claims.

Returns:

• Returns will not be accepted as we focus on sustainability.
• For issues like defects, please contact us for a full refund or store credit without returning the item.
• If you refuse a delivery, you will be responsible for return shipping and taxes/duties incurred. These costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
