Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Shipping Commitment

At Myetyn, we work with international fulfilment and logistics partners to deliver your order as efficiently and safely as possible. Every order goes through processing, quality checks, packaging, and shipment coordination before dispatch.

We aim to provide transparent shipping timelines and accurate delivery expectations so you can shop with confidence.

How Delivery Time Is Calculated

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

These are two separate stages. Your order first goes through processing before it enters the shipping network. Both are included in the estimates shown below.

Processing Time

3–7 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)

Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality inspection
  • Packaging preparation
  • Shipment coordination
  • Carrier handover

During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or major public holidays.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier capacity, weather disruptions, and public holidays.

Shipping fees for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Every Myetyn order is tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, tracking link, and carrier information.

Please allow 2–7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update on the carrier's system. In some cases, tracking may update only after the parcel reaches the destination country or regional sorting facility.

If you have not received a tracking number within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Multiple Packages

Depending on stock availability and warehouse location, items from the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and packages may arrive at different times. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines above, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Weather disruptions
  • International logistics delays
  • Airline or transportation disruptions
  • Local carrier delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Myetyn is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or factors outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including full delivery address, correct recipient name, valid phone number, and accurate email address. Please double-check all details before completing your order.

If incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address details are provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Additional reshipping charges may apply
  • Refunds may be reduced by fulfilment and handling costs already incurred

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Myetyn ships internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Most customers will not incur additional charges. However, customers in European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Canada, and other destinations with local import regulations may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import fees depending on local law and order value.

Myetyn has no control over customs processes, is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, and cannot be held liable for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.

We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order if you are concerned about additional charges.

Non-Deliverable Locations

Myetyn currently does not ship to certain restricted or high-risk locations due to courier limitations or international shipping restrictions. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to fulfil your order at this time.

Orders placed to unsupported destinations may be cancelled. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.

Our team will coordinate with the logistics provider and assist with the investigation where applicable. Claims for lost shipments may require additional verification and carrier investigation before a resolution can be processed.

Shipment Refusal, Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned, or undeliverable due to customer-related reasons — including incorrect or incomplete address details, failure to respond to courier contact attempts, failure to pay applicable customs duties or import fees, or refusal to accept delivery — then:

  • The package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned by the carrier depending on local courier policies
  • Original fulfilment, shipping, and handling costs may not be refundable
  • Additional reshipping or handling charges may apply if redelivery is requested
  • Refunds, if approved, may be reduced to reflect costs already incurred
Myetyn is not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has entered shipment preparation, carrier handover, or tracking generation stages, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order has already shipped, it must follow the approved return process after delivery in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
