Return & Warranty Policy

At etyn, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams inspect every item before shipment to ensure top-quality products. To ensure the best fit, we encourage you to review the size charts available on the product pages carefully before purchasing.
If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we are here to help with an easy exchange or refund process!
15-Day Return & Warranty Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect item, or wrong size, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the package to request a return or exchange.
How to Reach Us
To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Visit our Support Center or email info@myetyn.com with:
- Your order number
- The SKU or product details
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Clear photos or videos for defective or incorrect items
2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Our Return Solutions
1. Our Responsibility
If the issue is caused by etyn (e.g., wrong item/size shipped, defective product):
- We will arrange for the return and cover the shipping costs.
- Upon receiving the item, we will either:
- Refund the full product price to your original payment method.
- Send a replacement item free of charge.
2. Customer Responsibility
Incorrect Order (Wrong Size or Product Ordered)
- If you ordered the wrong size or item, you can still return it.
- However, you will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs (to and from our warehouse).
- Refunds will include only the original product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Unwanted Items
- If you no longer need the item or wish to replace it, you can return it within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds will cover the product cost only, minus any applicable fees and shipping fees.
Important Notes on Returns
Order Cancellations:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will incur a $1.50 processing fee.
- Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- The return address will be provided by our customer service team based on your location. Items not returned to the designated address cannot be processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, beauty products, discounted items, mystery boxes, non-returnable marked items, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Progress
- Request a Return: Email info@myetyn.com or submit a ticket through our Support Center.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
- Package the Item: Return the item with its original packaging.
- Ship the Item: Drop off the package at your local post office and share the tracking number with us.

- Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
