Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Promise

Every Myetyn order goes through a quality check before leaving our international fulfilment network. We work hard to source quality products and represent them as accurately as possible so you can shop with confidence.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend reviewing the full product description, all product images, and the size guide available on each product page to ensure the best fit and product selection.

Return Request Window

You may request a return, refund, replacement, or resolution within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 7 days may no longer be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

EU customers: please note that local consumer protection laws in your country may provide additional rights.

Contact Us Before Returning Anything

Do not send any item back without prior written approval from Myetyn. Returns sent without prior written approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Please include with your message:

  • Order number
  • Product name or SKU
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the item, packaging, and issue reported

Our Preferred Resolution Approach

Because many orders are shipped internationally through our fulfilment partners, physical returns are often expensive and time-consuming.

Where appropriate, Myetyn may first offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement item
  • Reshipment
  • Full refund where applicable

In many cases, these options are faster and more cost-effective for both the customer and our support team than international return shipping. Each case is reviewed individually based on the issue reported, supporting evidence, and order status.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, the wrong item, or the wrong size sent by Myetyn, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear supporting photos or video.

After review, we may offer:

  • Free replacement
  • Reshipment
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

In many cases, a physical return may not be required. Where a physical return is specifically requested and approved by our team due to our error, Myetyn may cover approved return shipping costs if confirmed in writing for that specific case.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not qualify for refund or replacement.

Incorrect Size, Colour, or Product Selected by Customer

If the customer selected the incorrect size, colour, variant, or product:

  • Requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs
  • Refunds apply to the product value only
  • A restocking and handling fee of 30–40% of the order value may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Returns must receive prior written approval before shipment

Because international return shipping can be costly, customers may be offered store credit or a partial refund as an alternative where appropriate.

Change-of-Mind / Unwanted Items

If you no longer want the item:

  • Requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A restocking and handling fee of 30–40% of the order value may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds are processed only after the item is received and passes inspection
  • Returns must be pre-approved in writing by Myetyn before shipment

We strongly recommend contacting your local courier for an international shipping estimate before proceeding with a return request.

Store Credit Option (Recommended)

In many cases, Myetyn may offer store credit as a faster alternative to physical returns.

Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future Myetyn order.

Resolution Method

Myetyn reviews all refund and return requests individually based on the order details, issue reported, supporting evidence provided, and fulfilment status. Depending on the specific case, Myetyn may offer one of the following resolutions at its discretion:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Approved return and inspection process

Additional verification or supporting evidence may be required before any resolution is approved.

Approved Physical Return Conditions

If a physical return is approved by our team:

  • The customer must ship the item to the approved return address provided by Myetyn
  • Return addresses may be international fulfilment or warehouse locations
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • A trackable shipping service is strongly recommended
  • Proof of postage and tracking must be shared within 48 hours of shipment
  • Myetyn is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit
  • Refunds are issued only after the item is received and passes inspection
Items returned used, damaged, altered, incomplete, or not in resellable condition may be refused or subject to reduced refund amounts. If a returned item fails inspection and the customer requests it back, reshipping costs may apply.

Orders cancelled after fulfilment work has begun may be subject to handling, processing, or restocking fees depending on the order stage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear or bodysuits where hygiene protection has been removed
  • Jewellery and pierced accessories
  • Opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Mystery boxes
  • Free gifts and promotional items
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Myetyn is not responsible for customs delays or additional import-related charges.
